Qualifications

• Solid understanding of how UK pension schemes operate.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and presentations.
• Provide informed views on topics based on client circumstances.
• Utilise actuarial skills to consult on technical topics.
• Communicate clearly with clients.
• Act as final technical reviewer for actuarial calculations.
• Agree strategy, direction and resourcing for client work.
• Supervise and mentor employees or provide informal feedback.
• Participate in setting and negotiating fees and monitoring budgets.
