Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Pensions Actuarial Consultant to deliver expert advice to trustees and corporates on defined benefit pension schemes. You will work with teams across funding, investment and risk transfer to craft tailored solutions for clients.

You will lead meetings, review actuarial calculations, mentor junior staff where appropriate and help set engagement strategies and fees while ensuring high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified actuary with strong pensions experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client projects and junior staff.
• Solid understanding of UK pension schemes and regulatory context.
