Qualifications

• Fully qualified Actuary or nearing qualification.

• Ability to manage projects and mentor juniors.
• Good understanding of how UK pension schemes operate.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and presentations.
• Tailor advice based on client circumstances.
• Apply advanced actuarial skills in client consultations.
• Communicate clearly with clients.
• Review actuarial calculations as final reviewer.
• Set strategy, direction and resourcing for client work.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in setting and monitoring fees and budgets.
