Qualifications

• Experience in International Air freight.
• Experience in multi modal transport operations (Courier, Road, Air & Sea).
• Supervisory or management experience within a logistics environment.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven record of service improvement through value creation opportunities.
• Cultural awareness dealing with providers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with carriers and service providers to drive performance and compliance.
• Liaise with DHL entities around international air freight requirements.
• Lead carrier performance management through KPI monitoring and service reviews.
• Act as escalation point ensuring timely resolution while maintaining customer service standards.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and present operational solutions.
• Lead, coach and motivate operational and administrative teams.
• Drive productivity, cost control, and process improvements through data analysis.
• Support design, validation and implementation of transport and logistics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, legislative and operational standards.
