Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers across email, telephone, and Teams.
• Coordinate and manage daily customer bookings ensuring shipment requirements processed.
• Liaise with carriers to obtain shipment updates and resolve delivery queries.
• Monitor a high-volume operation with around 250 parcel shipments per day.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication.
• Use the Select Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage orders and track shipments.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries ensuring a positive experience.
• Support end-to-end movement of goods including accurate information and service.
