DHL Tamworth is looking for an Operations Manager to lead a high-profile customer operation on a hybrid basis, driving performance, developing a strong team, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships across multi-modal transport.

You will partner with DHL entities and carriers to optimise service, ensure compliance, and deliver value for the account. The role emphasises leadership, continuous improvement, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI monitoring and performance reviews for a key customer contract
• Coach and develop the operations and administrative teams to deliver high performance
• Drive productivity, cost control and process improvements through data analysis and best practices
• Build and maintain partnerships with carriers and service providers to ensure compliant, high-quality service
• Escalate and resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining strong customer service standards
