Qualifications

• Experience in an office, customer service or contact centre setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily email communications with internal teams, customers and clients.
• Log new customer calls accurately into relevant systems.
• Book customer appointments and support engineer scheduling.
• Keep internal systems updated with clear, timely information.
• Identify chargeable opportunities and apply correct charges to work orders.
• Support weekly and monthly valuation preparation.
• Perform administrative tasks to support operations delivery.
