Centrica plc, through PH Jones, is seeking a confident Business Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month contractor assignment in Croydon. You will manage emails, bookings and scheduling, and support service delivery for social housing contracts.

Role requires proactive, professional office/contact centre experience, strong communication, and accuracy across systems. Hybrid pattern with weekly pay via Adecco and office-based days.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in an office or contact centre setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily email communications with internal teams, customers and clients.
• Log new customer calls into relevant systems accurately.
• Book customer appointments and support engineer scheduling.
• Keep internal systems updated with timely and accurate information.
• Identify chargeable opportunities and apply charges to work orders.
• Support weekly and monthly valuation preparation.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks to support operations.
