Job summary

Tate is recruiting Sales Advisors for a 12-month hybrid role in Reading to support the processing of new and renewing business energy contracts. The role sits in the Business Energy division and involves logging, quoting and accepting high volumes of electricity and gas contracts, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will join a friendly, customer-focused team and work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift window from 8:30 to 17:30.

Qualifications

• Passion for accuracy in delivering correct work on time within compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers.
• Strong rapport and communication with all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to meet targets and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with a team or independently.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and renewing business energy tenders in the Sales Support area.
• Log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within the commercial sector.
• Support pricing, contract retention, renewals and contract administration activities.
• Ensure work is accurate and delivered on time to customers within compliance parameters.
