You will work with data engineers to productionize the pipeline, extend reporting domains, and evolve the function toward commercial insight. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role requiring proactive questioning and strong SQL, Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency with dimensional and fact tables and complex joins.
• Experience in analytics engineering and orchestration of data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Tableau with self-service dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data systems and models for platforms like GitHub audit logs and Jira metadata.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the FTE Allocation Report for leadership.
• Build engineering velocity reporting and flow metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineers to productionize the data pipeline.
• Link engineering effort to product metrics and commercial outcomes.
• Extend reporting scope to adoption, usage, and deprecation metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Define reporting methodology and manage multiple workstreams.
• Document systems and processes clearly.
