Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst for our London tech hub to translate data into actionable insights that guide product decisions across the customer journey. You will work closely with product managers, UX teams and data scientists to understand user behavior and measure impact.

The role focuses on data-driven analysis, experimentation, and communicating findings to stakeholders to improve engagement and retention across web and app platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data-visualisation tools (BigQuery, Redshift, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong understanding of user behavior data collection & processing across analytics tools such as Snowplow and Google Analytics.
• Experience troubleshooting event tracking implementations.
• Hands-on experience in AB testing & experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate effectively with product, engineering and UX stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and passion for knowledge sharing in a team environment.
• Some exposure to Airflow, GitHub, and Jira (preferred, not essential).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
