Just Eat Takeaway.com in London is seeking a Product Analyst on a Fixed-Term contract within our Customer Product Analytics team to enhance the customer journey by delivering data-driven insights and optimising our product experience across the website and app.

You will work closely with product managers, UX teams and data scientists to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive decisions and improve user engagement globally.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau/Looker.

Responsabilidades

• Understand product performance and identify improvement opportunities to influence decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for product managers, engineers and UX teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams to prioritise changes with maximum customer impact.
• Support data infrastructure alignment within the Customer Data & Analytics team.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to raise the analytics capability of the team.
