Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across our customer product analytics team. You will work on understanding user journeys, measuring performance, and delivering insights that guide product design and prioritisation.

You will partner with product managers, UX and data scientists to translate data into actionable recommendations and support data-driven decision-making across our London tech hub.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Google BigQuery and Tableau/Looker.
• Strong understanding of user behavior data collection across analytics tools (e.g., Snowplow, Google Analytics).
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights to understand customer journeys and optimize product experiences.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering and UX teams to assess opportunities and prioritise impactful changes.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to grow analytics capabilities within the team.
