Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst on a Fixed-Term contract in our Customer Product Analytics team, based in London. You will translate data into insights that shape customer journeys across our website and app.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and data scientists to monitor KPIs, drive data-driven decisions, and improve engagement and retention through rigorous analyses and storytelling.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Product Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data viz skills (BigQuery/Tableau).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

Mansioni

• Understand user navigation and identify pain points from data.
• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs for the Product Manager.
• Quantify user behavior and journeys to guide design decisions.
• Be the first contact for behavioral analysis using Google Analytics, Snowplow, and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to prioritise impactful opportunities.
• Support data infra alignment within the Customer data & analytics team.
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to improve engagement and retention.
• Explain complex technical topics to stakeholders to aid decisions.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates to grow the team’s capabilities.
