Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts and an analytics engineer, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and champion data quality and documentation standards.
• Define and validate key metrics to provide insights to the Product organisation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and researchers to support the business by understanding customer needs.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across Product, Engineering, Customer Services and Commercial departments.
• Utilise data warehouse and infrastructure to monitor product performance and generate insights.
• Contribute hands-on analytics work while leading the team.
• Highlight team contributions and connect them to business outcomes.
