Qualifications

• Proven expertise in data analysis, transformation, and insight generation within complex finance or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, accounting principles, and sensitive financial data governance.
• High technical proficiency in Workday Finance (or similar ERPs) and financial reporting tools for complex data extraction and querying.
• Experience working with consolidation platforms (e.g., OneStream) and cross-functional finance system touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of financial data across ERP and upstream/downstream tools to reduce manual adjustments.
• Drive the optimization of month-end close processes and improve real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with Governance and Master Data teams to establish data quality standards and data dictionaries.
• Acquire and maintain robust data pipelines to support Global Finance Operations.
• Build automated reporting frameworks for R2R KPIs and OKRs.
• Identify process bottlenecks and present data-driven improvements to leadership.
