Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst on a fixed-term contract in London. You will translate data into actionable insights to improve the customer journey across web and app, working with product managers, UX, and data scientists.

You’ll analyze user behavior with SQL, BigQuery, and analytics tools, run AB tests, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data visualisation skills with BigQuery, Redshift, Tableau or Looker.
• Solid understanding of user behavior data collection across analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders and collaborate with product/engineering/UX.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights to improve customer journey.
• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs for product managers.
• Analyse user behavior to guide product design and decision-making.
• Lead behavioural analysis using Google Analytics, Snowplow, and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and UX to prioritise high-impact work.
• Mentor others and share knowledge within the team.
