Job summary

Orion Group is recruiting on behalf of a north sea operator for a Maintenance Scheduler based in Aberdeen. The role is a PAYE contract until end of June 2027 with hybrid working: three days in the office and two days from home.

You will work with maintenance, operations and integrity teams to maintain a 21-day schedule, analyze weekly attainment and backlog in Maximo, and help reschedule work to protect critical priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance scheduling for multi-discipline teams.
• Familiarity with Maximo for data visibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 21-day schedule for operational, maintenance, inspection, integrity and assurance activities.
• Analyse weekly attainment, deferral requirements and maintenance look ahead.
• Improve programme quality and data visibility in Maximo.
• Analyse weekly backlog entries and reschedule work where practicable.
• Support backlog reduction and cross-team coordination to protect priorities.
