Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Maintenance Scheduler to create and maintain a forward service delivery plan aligned with customer schedules. You will proactively resolve potential conflicts, optimise resource use, and support efficient plant performance.

Responsibilities include defining works, evaluating resources, liaising with Facility Managers and Engineers, and ensuring records are completed and dockets are issued as required.

Qualifications

• Experience using a maintenance or asset management planning system.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities to avoid conflicts.
• Good communication with customers, suppliers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Define the forthcoming programme of works using the Asset Management System.
• Develop and evaluate resource requirements and task priorities.
• Coordinate actions with Facility Manager and Engineers through regular meetings.
• Process and follow up work packages to ensure plan is executed.
• Print and hand off work dockets to engineers.
