Job summary

THREE60 Energy Group in Aberdeen city centre is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler on a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract. You will develop and maintain an executable maintenance schedule that optimises equipment availability, resource utilisation, and production efficiency while ensuring safe and compliant execution of work.

The role acts as the focal point for integrating maintenance, operations, logistics, and site constraints into a single coordinated schedule, with hybrid working

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of SAP PM/Fiori and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to optimise downtime.
• Identify clashes, bottlenecks, and schedule risks early.
• Generate schedule reports and readiness metrics.
• Utilise Primavera P6 and SAP/Fiori for planning.
• Deliver a realistic, executable maintenance schedule.
• Support decision making through schedule analytics.
