Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a highly organised Scheduler & Planner for a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract in Salford. You will schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive tasks, liaise with Site Delivery Teams, engineers, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely completion and service level adherence.

You will be the main contact for customers and vendors, recording requests accurately, using Global Maximo and SAP to manage deadlines, and maintaining rigorous data standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems, ideally Maximo.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of SAP for PO management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reactive and planned maintenance work to Site Delivery Teams, Engineers, and Third-Party Suppliers.
• Proactively manage all work orders from creation through to completion.
• Deliver a professional first response to customers and vendors via telephone, email, and internal systems.
• Accurately record service requests and capture correct information.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Manage and revise PPM schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support quotation management and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide asset management support, including asset data updates and trend analysis.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand site requirements.
