The Public Service Ombudsman seeks two Trainers to join our in-house training team. You will design and deliver sessions across topics such as casework, digital skills and management development, with a strong focus on engaging and developing colleagues.

Expect a practical, learner-centred approach, both face-to-face and online, and a short practical exercise as part of the recruitment process. You will work in a flexible, hybrid model with around 40% time in our Manchester office, collaborating

Formación

• Experience delivering learning across formats (face-to-face & digital).
• Experience designing and delivering L&D activities.
• Experience working with stakeholders/subject matter experts to develop learning solutions.
• Experience managing own workload and collaborating with others.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training sessions to groups, in person and online.
• Create practical learning materials tailored to different audiences.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues during sessions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and solutions.
