Job summary

Public Service Ombudsman in Manchester is recruiting two Trainers to design and deliver sessions across casework, digital skills and management development. You will present, facilitate and give feedback to colleagues, delivering learning both face-to-face and online.

You will work with colleagues and subject matter experts to tailor learning for diverse audiences, developing practical solutions and participating in a recruitment exercise as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience of facilitating learning across a range of formats, including face-to-face and digital delivery.
• Experience of designing and delivering learning and development activity.
• Experience of working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to support effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions across topics such as casework, digital skills and management development.
• Deliver training to groups, both face-to-face and online, with engaging and supportive facilitation.
• Provide feedback and develop practical learning in collaboration with colleagues and SMEs.
• Deliver a short training session as part of the recruitment process.
