Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in Manchester. The role leads learning strategy, shaping development across the organisation and aligning with workforce plans.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact programmes and manage relationships with providers. The role also focuses on developing the team, measuring impact, and ensuring value for money across learning initiatives.

Formación

• Experience identifying corporate learning needs with senior stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into practical, measurable learning solutions.
• Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and use insights to improve impact.

• Develop and oversee learning and development strategies across the organisation.
