Public Service Ombudsman in Manchester is recruiting an Organisation Development Partner to lead the introduction and development of OD capability across the organisation. You will work with the People team and senior leaders to turn priorities into practical strategies for workforce planning, organisation design, engagement and culture.

This role offers hybrid working (40% in the office) and opportunities to shape career pathways, leadership and wellbeing initiatives while building strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisation development and culture change with measurable impact.
• Experience advising senior leaders on strategic workforce planning and capability.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to engage senior management.
