Job summary

SF Partners is recruiting two Learning & Development Advisors for a UK-wide organisation introducing a new L&D approach and expanding its operational training team. This hands-on role combines training delivery, content development and digital learning, with hybrid working and travel across the UK.

Based from your local office (Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Newcastle).

Qualifications

• Hands-on role delivering training, in person and online.
• Ability to identify learning needs with stakeholders and design solutions.
• Experience planning, developing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training, face-to-face and virtual.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and suitable solutions.
• Develop learning materials and digital content for different audiences.
• Support L&D projects, taking the lead where appropriate.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Work with the L&D team to deliver projects within deadlines.
