2gether Support Solutions Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organisation. The role focuses on coordinating development programmes, creating engaging digital content, and supporting apprenticeship opportunities within a collaborative People Team.

Based in Kent with hybrid working, the role could be based at Kent and Canterbury Hospital or Ashford’s William Harvey Hospital, with some travel to other East Kent sites as required.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A genuine enthusiasm for learning and development.
• Experience creating digital content, e-learning materials or multimedia resources.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with others.
• A creative mindset and enthusiasm for improving how people learn.
• Previous experience within Human Resources, Learning & Development or organisational development environments would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage learning and development activities across the organisation.
• Support the design, delivery and evaluation of development programmes.
• Manage learning communications and promote development opportunities through a range of channels.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and workforce development initiatives.
• Analyse learning data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate Welcome Day programmes for new colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with managers, learning providers, and key stakeholders.
• Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across learning and development services.
