Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Digital Learning Officer to shape and improve how learning is experienced across the organisation. You will manage Thrive as the Learning Platform, support the People Development team, and ensure learning access, data insight and engagement are embedded in everyday practice.

You will coordinate essential and team-led learning, develop digital content where possible, and provide accurate reporting to support compliance and decision making.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a learning, L&D, HR or people focused coordination role.
• Experience of using and supporting a Learning Management System or learning platform.
• Experience of producing reports and working with learning or people data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Great Places’ learning platform provider (Thrive), managing day to day system queries, issues and enhancement requests.
• Promote effective use of the learning platform across the organisation, including supporting managers and leaders to use dashboards and data to monitor learning progress and completion.
• Produce and manage regular learning data and reports, including monthly essential learning completion statistics.
• Provide audit ready learning data, evidence and reporting to support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate learning records, system data and reports.
