Job summary

TfGM is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to diagnose learning needs, shape demand, and design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning solutions. You will work closely with managers, HR Business Partners, OD colleagues, and other People specialists to improve capability, performance, and colleague experience.

Depending on grade, you may lead leadership development, strategic capability programmes, talent development, supplier management, and learning evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing learning needs and designing learning solutions.
• Ability to coordinate learning programmes or projects.
• Evidence-led approach to improving capability and performance.
