OneAdvanced Limited is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to partner with leaders, identify capability gaps and translate these into practical development solutions.

Based in a hybrid role with two days a week at the Birmingham Mailbox office, you will act as a trusted consultant, diagnose capability needs and drive measurable impact through blended learning and future-skills initiatives.

Formación

• Experience operating as an L&D Partner, Learning Consultant, Capability Partner or similar consultative role
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating priorities into learning solutions
• Evidence of diagnosing needs rather than simply responding to training requests
• Experience designing, sourcing or implementing blended learning interventions

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to understand strategic priorities and capability needs
• Conduct capability needs analysis using data to identify gaps
• Translate business challenges into practical development plans
• Lead organisation-wide capability initiatives including AI and future skills
• Source and curate learning solutions from internal and external sources
• Design blended approaches that drive behaviour change, not just learning
• Advise stakeholders and help decide where development investment has greatest impact
• Connect learning with wider talent and workforce priorities
• Measure learning impact with data and feedback
• Stay updated on emerging learning practices and AI
