Job summary

TfGM is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to join the People directorate. You’ll provide an evidence-led L&D partnering service to translate priorities into accessible and effective learning solutions.

You’ll diagnose needs, shape demand, and design, commission, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives. You’ll collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and Organisational Development colleagues, contributing to leadership development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• You’ll have relevant L&D, capability, training, or closely related experience in a complex organisation.
• You’ll be proficient at analysing learning needs and designing accessible learning solutions.
• You’ll be effective at facilitating learning and coordinating programmes or projects.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning and capability needs, shape demand, and design, commission, deliver and evaluate learning solutions.
• Collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, OD colleagues and other People specialists to improve capability, performance and colleague experience.
• Contribute to or lead leadership and management development, strategic capability programmes, talent and succession development, supplier management and learning evaluation.
