Job summary

Carey Group is seeking an enthusiastic Learning & Development Specialist on an 18-month fixed-term contract to design, deliver and continuously improve learning initiatives across the business.

You will work with the L&D Manager and operational leaders to implement learning technologies, including LMS adoption, and to build capability across multiple functions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.
• Experience in construction or fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong facilitation skills delivering workshops in person and virtually.
• Experience designing and developing learning content and resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting or implementing learning technologies or LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Update and improve leadership and operational development programmes.
• Convert technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
• Produce high-quality learning materials and facilitator guides.
• Deliver behavioural, leadership and management programmes both face-to-face and virtually.
• Coordinate learning logistics and programme administration.
