Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Talent Development Partner to shape learning strategies and deliver leadership programmes. You will collaborate with senior leaders and People teams to identify capability needs and turn them into inclusive development solutions.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle—from diagnostics and planning to design, delivery and evaluation—using data to drive continuous improvement across MAG’s learning portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions that meet organisational needs.
• Ability to manage the full development lifecycle from diagnostics to evaluation.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for managers and leaders.
