Macmillan Davies is excited to partner with a national construction company to recruit a Training & Development Coordinator in Stoke-on-Trent. This hybrid, permanent role focuses on embedding the new LMS and coordinating training across the business.

You will coordinate training activity, manage records and onboarding, liaise with external providers, and support apprenticeships as the department evolves.

Competenze

• Experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination.
• Experience supporting, implementing or administering an LMS.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills.
• Ability to liaise with managers, employees and external providers.
• Attention to detail with training records and certifications.
• Proactive in following up actions.
• Comfort learning new technology.

Mansioni

• Coordinate LMS implementation and embedding across the business.
• Coordinate internal and external training activity.
• Liaise with external training providers and manage course arrangements.
• Support creation, coordination and maintenance of training content.
• Manage training records, certifications and associated administration.
• Follow up with managers to ensure required training is completed.
• Assist onboarding and apprenticeship administration.
• Support wider Training & Development projects.
