With a new CEO, a developing HR team and new HR leadership in place, there is plenty happening across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a business where they can bring ideas, improve processes and genuinely help shape how Learning & Development is delivered.
The role
Reporting to the Training & Development Partner, you'll provide hands-on coordination and support across the full Training & Development agenda, with an immediate focus on embedding the newly introduced Learning Management System.
With the new LMS being launched around four weeks ago, you'll play an important role in supporting its continued implementation and helping managers and employees get the most from the system.
Previous experience supporting or managing an LMS implementation or rollout would therefore be particularly valuable. You don't need experience of large enterprise platforms such as Workday or Oracle, we're looking for someone comfortable working with a straightforward LMS who understands how systems, processes and great coordination can make learning more effective.
