Macmillan Davies is delighted to be working exclusively again with a national construction company to recruit a newly created Training & Development Coordinator role, joining the business at a really exciting time of growth and development.
With a new CEO, a developing HR team and new HR leadership in place, there is plenty happening across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a business where they can bring ideas, improve processes and genuinely help shape how Learning & Development is delivered.
Reporting to the Training & Development Partner, you'll provide hands-on coordination and support across the full Training & Development agenda, with an immediate focus on embedding the newly introduced Learning Management System.
With the new LMS being launched around four weeks ago, you'll play an important role in supporting its continued implementation and helping managers and employees get the most from the system.
Previous experience supporting or managing an LMS implementation or rollout would therefore be particularly valuable. You don't need experience of large enterprise platforms such as Workday or Oracle, we're looking for someone comfortable working with a straightforward LMS who understands how systems, processes and great coordination can make learning more effective.
We're looking for somebody bright, proactive and organised who enjoys taking ownership
The Training & Development function is evolving, so there will be plenty of opportunity to bring ideas, improve how things are done and see the role develop over time.
If you're an L&D or Training professional who enjoys systems, coordination and making things better we'd love to hear from you.
