Job summary

Mexa Solutions in Glasgow is seeking an IT support professional to join a close-knit team. You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line help desk support, resolve Windows and MS 365 issues and help colleagues with device setup.

You’ll work with Windows Server maintenance tasks and participate in IT projects. The role offers hybrid work with three days in the Glasgow office and learning opportunities alongside senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and device issues.
• Basic networking knowledge and methodical fault-finding.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive learning and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, laptop, desktop and Mac issues.
• Setting up devices, managing user accounts and administering access.
• Helping resolve network, Wi‑Fi and firewall problems.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• Assisting with Windows Server maintenance, patching and core infrastructure services.
• Contributing to IT projects, equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Keeping asset records and technical documentation accurate.
