Job summary

Leo Recruitment Limited is hiring an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer in Glasgow. The role is full-time, permanent with hybrid working: four days onsite and one day from home.

Salary £30,000-£35,000 per year plus benefits. You'll support colleagues across the organisation, troubleshoot laptops, manage Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, and contribute to a planned datacenter project near Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Practical experience providing internal IT support via a ticketing system.
• Confident troubleshooting laptops, hardware, applications, access and Microsoft environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration, including patching and routine maintenance.
• Understanding core infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and networking.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID and/or Intune, with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and develop a long-term career in IT infrastructure; long-term right to work in the UK.
