Crg Tec is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (MSP) in the UK to join a busy technical team. This 3rd line role involves handling complex escalations, supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Azure, and contributing to infrastructure projects across customer environments.

You will work in a hybrid setup after probation, with opportunities to grow your skills through training and certifications in a broad MSP environment.

Formación

• Experience in MSP environment and 3rd line support.
• Solid grounding across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Azure.
• Good hands-on networking knowledge including VPNs, firewalls, VLANs.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Intune issues and support complex escalations.
• Resolve Active Directory and Azure related problems.
• Assist in server upgrades, network infrastructure troubleshooting and project work.
• Deal directly with customers, take ownership of issues and document resolutions.
