Job summary

Retail Computer Solutions Ltd seeks an apprentice to provide day-to-day support to customers across software and hardware solutions. You will log tickets, offer first- and second-line support, respond to calls and emails, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining a high standard of service.

You will install and update software, develop IT knowledge, and grow within a dynamic team that values hands-on responsibility from day one. Hybrid working with in-office presence will be required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalents) required.
• Interest in IT with willingness to learn software and hardware basics.
• Customer-facing experience a plus and strong communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for external customers and resolve queries.
• Log, track, and update tickets; meet SLA targets.
• Deliver first- and second-line support and escalate as needed.
• Install and update software solutions for customers.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
