Job summary

Beechfield Brands Limited is seeking an IT Apprentice to support the IT Administrator in providing reliable services to around 50 users on site and remotely. You will handle daily IT requests, support Windows and Mac systems, and assist with ERP software and AV setup.

The role includes a formal Information Communications Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, with potential for permanent full-time progression based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deal with day-to-day IT support requests from users via phone, email, and Teams with excellent service.
• Support Windows & Mac hardware/software including iOS devices.
• Support ERP software usage and maintenance.
• Assist in meeting room and desk setup / AV, ethernet cabling.
• Carry out administration duties such as updating asset systems and tidying storage areas.
