Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and release new processes on the Business Process Platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to amend existing processes/applications.
• Analyse business requirements for developing business processes.
• Review and update applications for efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Document new processes to high internal standards.
• Develop and maintain reports and management information.
• Support external developers for system/application development.
