Job summary

Lyreco Group in Donnington – Telford is seeking an Inside Sales Digital Account Manager to join our Head Office team. In a busy, office-based environment you'll engage with customers daily to review accounts and create value at every interaction.

The role offers a salary of £26,227.50 per annum plus monthly commission, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with the option to work from home after probation.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in a telephone-based environment.
• Target driven, self-motivated and KPI-focused.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and develop a customer base to exceed targets.
• Ensure regular contact with customers to maintain spend within the client base.
• Maintain account records accurately in the CRM at all times.
• Respond to queries within agreed timescales.
• Identify opportunities to expand product spend across accounts.
