Lyreco in Donnington (Telford) is seeking an Inside Sales Digital Account Manager to join our Head Office Inside Sales team. You will engage with customers daily to conduct business reviews and create value at every interaction in a busy, office-based environment.

This role offers a monthly commission, 31 days holiday, and flexible options such as two days from home after probation, plus pension, Cycle to Work, vouchers and volunteering days. A great chance to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in a telephone-based environment.
• Target driven, self-motivated and hungry to exceed KPI and earn commission.
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to overcome objections and stay positive.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue by building customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Effectively manage and develop customer base to exceed targets.
• Ensure all customers in your section receive regular contact and continue to spend with us.
• Maintain account records accurately in CRM at all times.
• Take and resolve queries within agreed timescales.
• Accelerate account spend and seek opportunities to add products to customers’ purchasing behaviour.
