Job summary

Confidential is actively seeking an Inbound Customer Service Advisor in Manchester city centre. The role starts ASAP on a temporary basis, with guaranteed work for at least 3 months and potential extension or permanent placement for the right candidates.

The position is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM shifts. After a 6–8 week office-based training, you will move to a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) with IT equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an office environment is desirable.
• Experience meeting/exceeding KPIs is important.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand and complete processes per guidelines.
• Use IT systems to record information and complete tasks accurately.
• Meet and exceed KPIs.
• Handle a high volume of telephone and email enquiries.
• Manage your own caseload and process external applications.
