Job summary

Algeco UK Limited in Wakefield is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive for a hybrid role, with three days in the office and a competitive salary. You will be a key contact for inbound inquiries, converting leads into sales and driving revenue growth.

You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions from our modular fleet. The role emphasizes excellent communication, a proactive sales approach, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Evidence of success in providing B2B customer service and outbound sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with focus on revenue and targets.
• Self-motivated, target oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Continue to improve knowledge and understanding of stock and services provided.
• Handle inbound inquiries and cold leads promptly to customer requests, queries or concerns.
• Engage with potential clients to identify requirements and with existing customers to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools/trackers, manage pipelines and maintain records.
• Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success and participate in training and development programs.
