Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Rugby (Houlton) to handle inbound calls from new customers and manage a portfolio of smaller accounts. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, working 8:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.

You will develop relationships in a target-driven environment, focused on B2B sales and account management, with full product training provided and a permanent role from day one. Salary £30k-£35k DOE plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound B2B sales or account management.
• Local to Rugby, UK.
• Outgoing, chatty, easy to get on with.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from new customers making enquiries.
• Managing a portfolio of smaller accounts who've never had a dedicated contact before.
• Mostly phone and Teams, some email/messaging.
• Target driven, small close-knit team.
