Job summary

AWD online is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in the UK. You will engage with prospects, drive outbound and inbound outreach, manage a healthy pipeline and contribute to targeted campaigns. A collaborative sales team will support efficient conversion and a positive customer experience.

The role requires a confident communicator comfortable with phone, video and email outreach and a track record in fast-paced sales environments. Hybrid working in Bedfordshire is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
• Experience in HR, people services, technology, SaaS, compliance or regulated services.
• Excellent communication via phone, video and email.
• Proficient using CRM to manage opportunities.
• Organised and proactive with multiple opportunities.
• Willing to undergo BS7858 background screening.
• Desirable: outbound sales experience and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by responding to inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting.
• Build prospect relationships and present solutions in a consultative manner.
• Lead discovery calls by asking targeted questions.
• Qualify prospects to ensure good fit before progression.
• Manage the sales pipeline with accurate CRM records.
• Leverage sales technology to improve efficiency and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to hand over well-qualified opportunities.
