Job summary

Maldon District Council is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to join the partnership with Essex Shared Services. This full-time role offers hybrid working with attendance in the office two days per week, and a salary from £31,609.62 to £33,561.56 per annum.

You will provide specialist ICT advice, support business users, log and manage incidents, assist with small projects, and contribute to service improvements while delivering a customer-focused IT service.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent, or relevant IT experience.
• Experience in IT/digital support in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist ICT advice and support to services and act as a key IT contact.
• Log, manage and resolve ICT incidents, requests and cases within timescales.
• Support small ICT projects and system changes with colleagues and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvements.
• Deliver a consistent, customer-focused IT service with colleagues.
