Maldon District Council is seeking an ICT Support Analyst for a full-time role with hybrid working and an expectation to attend the office two days per week. You will act as a key contact between services and the ICT service, providing specialist advice and ensuring ICT issues are logged, tracked and resolved in a timely manner.

The role supports small projects, system changes and service improvements, while maintaining clear records and contributing to a customer-focused IT service."

Competenze

• Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 or equivalent or demonstrable IT support experience.
• Experience providing IT support in a customer-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Provide specialist ICT advice and support to services.
• Log, manage and resolve ICT incidents, requests and cases.
• Support small ICT projects and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of cases and actions.
• Assist in testing and guidance for new systems.
